Brian was a 46 game starter for Ball State University as the field goal and kickoff specialist and received the 2006 Mid-American Conference Special Teams Player of the Year. He also was a semi-finalist for the nation’s best kicker award, the Lou Groza. Brian spent time in numerous camps such as the NFL’s Chicago Bears, AFL’s Cleveland Gladiators and New York Dragons. Coach Husby works with specialists in the northern and midwestern states and like TJK, has numerous connections at the next level. Coach Jackson and Coach Husby have put together a great staff and currently have Alabama punter, Cody Mandell, Georgia State longsnapper, Justin Forrister, and former college soccer standout, JJ Jackson.

One of the more exciting field goal competitions is the Points Challenge. In the picture below you will see regular high school goal posts, with portable arena posts inserted. Players will have a certain amount of attempts in a prelimnary round trying to rack up enough points to make it to the finals. The field goals made inside the arena posts are worth 2 points, inside the high school posts are 1 point. If a player goes perfect, they will get 3 bonus points.
